4401 Malcolm Ave is nestled in a vibrant neighborhood of Oakland, CA. Just a short drive from downtown San Leandro and about a 7 min drive to downtown Oakland, you'll find an array of local attractions, restaurants, and parks.

We ask that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and fellow guests.

Smoking is prohibited inside the tiny home. However, there is a designated smoking area just outside for your convenience.
Pet-Friendly Property
We love pets and welcome yours to stay with us! Please make sure to clean up after them. There is a small pet fee of $25 per night.
Occupancy
Our tiny home comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. Please respect this limit to ensure everyone has a comfortable experience.
